Pastor Jenine Ministers on Healing from the Effects of Rape

Some things, although hard, must be said. Some things must be revealed completed to be given over to God for healing. Let me start your voice by extending to you mine. God bless you!                 Pastor Jenine Marie Howry 800-421-1765 Jenine Marie Coaching and Ministries

Do You Need Deliverance That Comes From High Places?

One warm summer night I had decided to go to the store and get a treat to end my long hot day. As I drove up to a parking space my attention was called to a couple in the car across from me. They were in a heated argument in the car. It was pretty intense. I could hear their words with both our windows up. Both were extremely upset and neither seemed willing to calm down. I sat quietly and observed for a few moments feeling like I was somehow intruding where I did not belong, but felt compelled to stay. Suddenly the woman broke down into tears, both got out of the car, and continued their argument in the middle of the driving area. It all came to a point where she could take no more, threw down a cup she was drinking from, and began to walk off with him following her. A moment later the car door opened once again and a little figure exited the car. It was a little …

BLESS the Waiting…God is FAITHFUL!

It might seem like things are taking a very long time, but it has been my witness, when God has someone wait, there is something AMAZING in store! So, keep your patience and your diligence, because there is something AMAZING in store for you if you stay faithful, prayerful, and PRAISE HIM! You might feel like a sardine, all stuffed up inside of yourself just wiggling around in the oil, BUT GOD is perfecting you in His anointing and that oil will spill out on everyone you touch at His most PERFECT TIMING! So , in the mean time…..PRAISE HIM and wait in His oil because it will be so worth it. You will see! The Lord will pour out His Spirit on ALL flesh! That is HIS promise! Be ready to receive Him because He will NOT fail you! If you are sick in your body, if your heart is aching, if you are stuck in a bad situation, PRAISE HIM because He is faithful to heal, to bind up your wounds, and deliver …

“I WILL Restore You”, says the Lord.

Have you ever done some things that you have completely regretted; a poor decision that left you feeling shame and maybe some guilt as well? How about years and years of difficult issues that had been created because of one or several poor decisions? I know that I have! Aren’t you glad that God is one of restoration? In fact, He has a promise to repay and restore to us all of what the years have taken from us. Let’s take a look at Joel Chapter 2. Joel 2:25  “I will repay you for the years the locusts have eaten—     the great locust and the young locust,     the other locusts and the locust swarm— my great army that I sent among you.” What an awesome promise! What we sometimes fail to look at, though, is what comes before the promise. You see, there is a covenant condition that God had given to Israel and also to us when we seek out restoration. Let’s back up to verses 12 and 13. Joel 2:12-13 “Even now,” declares …

Can YOU Identify Yourself? Finding True Identity in God.

Quite awhile back I met a woman who came to me for spiritual counseling. Her life was literally draining her blue. She was emotionally and spiritually anemic from trying to be everyone else, accept herself. She was confused and had no idea who she was or even her own value. She had spent her whole life long trying to find her value in being like others. It was really quite exhausting even to listen to, or watch. She had to be, and also obtain, everything after the mold of everyone else. This woman had no clear identity of her own, so she tried to force an identity upon herself by trying to copy others. She missed the understanding that God had made her unique and had fashioned her to be the way she is to be before she even came out of her mother’s womb. Years of struggle, abuse, and life’s complications, created a fragmented person; the vision of one who always tried to do everything in her own power and not Gods. The hard …

Nail It! What Are You Resurrecting?

As we approach Resurrection Sunday our thoughts are upon the cross and the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus. His laying down of His life has to be the most profound event in all of history. For centuries the cross has been a symbol of salvation, freedom from illness, sinfulness, trauma, and our past. The moment each of us become aware of Jesus’ act upon the cross, and what that act has done for us, we are brought into His freedom from sin and death. At the moment we accepted Christ, we began our journey of regeneration and unspeakable joy. At the same time we also discover that we don’t feel as free as we thought we would be. Life does not suddenly become a bowl of cherries. Why? This is because our old sinful nature still is affected by the experiences we had before we accepted Christ. The stored memories, the emotional trauma, the times we made such big mistakes come looming up at us in the darkness and take the dazzle out …

Learning to Live Again After Abuse: Emotional Release and Deliverance

Romans 6:4  “We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.” In days gone by I remember a morning I woke up and wondered, “How in the world did I get here, and even more important, how do I get out?” Life had come to a point where every single day was a strain being married to someone who oppressed, never had a good thing to say about me or to me, and controlled literally everything through intimidation. He was an addictive person, a narcissist, and showed sociopath tendencies. Life was hell on earth. As the years went by, I had five beautiful children, who were always the light of my life. It wasn’t easy, doing the cycle of abuse dance while making sure the kids had what they needed. (Before you ask me why I had kids with this man, please become more knowledgeable about the abuse cycle. People …
